DMCA Policy for Homemade White Gravy

Homemade White Gravy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims and for issuing counter-notifications when content has been removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

Homemade White Gravy is committed to complying with U.S. copyright law and to responding to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. This policy applies to all content hosted on or associated with Homemade White Gravy's services and website.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on the Homemade White Gravy website or services was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a "Counter-Notification" to our designated Copyright Agent. Your Counter-Notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Homemade White Gravy will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the Counter-Notification and inform them that Homemade White Gravy will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Homemade White Gravy will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the Counter-Notification, unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice from the party who submitted the original DMCA notification that such party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Homemade White Gravy’s system.
