DMCA Policy for Homemade White Gravy

Homemade White Gravy will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the Counter-Notification, unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice from the party who submitted the original DMCA notification that such party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Homemade White Gravy’s system.
